Returns & Refunds

1. Perishable Products

   • All our pastries, cakes, and baked goods are made fresh to order. As these items are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

2. Order Modifications & Cancellations

   • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Beyond this timeframe, we cannot guarantee modifications or refunds.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

   • If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with its contents, please notify us immediately upon receipt.
   • Contact us within 24 hours with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item(s). We will review your case and may offer a replacement or refund based on our assessment.

4. Non-Delivery or Late Delivery

   • We strive to deliver your order on time. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If we fail to deliver your order as scheduled, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
